Contract Manufacturing Segment

The Contract Manufacturing business is carried out by the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Coscolab Sdn Bhd (“Coscolab”), who is specialising in new concepts for Skin Care, Beauty Care, Hair Colour, Hair Care and Personal Care products for global markets. Coscolab has the access to exclusive active ingredients and raw materials, innovative concepts, personalized formulae and its products are manufactured and packaged in accordance to global GMP quality standards.

Property Development Segment

Together with its joint-venture partner, IJM Land Berhad, the Group conducts its property development activities through a 50%-owned jointly-controlled entity, 368 Segambut Sdn Bhd, in a mixed development known as Riana Dutamas. Set on a 16-acre Freehold land and built in the transforming neighbourhood of Segambut, Riana Dutamas epitomizes what it means to Live, Work and Play in the City. Featuring Multi-Generation Suites to suit people from all walks of life; from independent living, to building a young family, to finding a home to manage with ease.

Cables Segment

The Group’s Cables Businesses is engaged through its associate company, Fujikura Federal Cables Sdn Bhd (“FFC”) whose principal activities are the manufacturing and sale of power, telecommunication and fibre optic cables, and related equipment. FFC is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of cable and wire related products who is committed to achieve excellence in its products quality, timely delivery, competitive pricing and services.
